1. Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
This period applies to all products available in the store, except for items classified as special orders or customized products for specific projects, as described in this policy.

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange request, the following conditions must be met:
1. The request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. The product must be unused and not installed.
3. The product must be in its original condition without damage or scratches.
4. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
5. The purchase invoice or order number must be provided.
6. The product must not have been modified, installed, or connected to any electrical source.
Please note that electrical products that have been installed or used cannot be returned due to safety and quality control reasons.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom Manufactured Products
Products that are manufactured specifically for a particular project or customer according to special specifications.
Special Order Products
Products that are imported upon special request for a specific project or customer and are not part of the store’s regular stock.
Installed or Used Products
Any product that has been installed, used, or operated.
Damaged Products Due to Misuse
Products that are damaged due to:
• Improper installation
• Incorrect electrical connection
• Physical damage or breakage
• Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If the customer receives a product that is:
• damaged during shipping
• different from the ordered product
• or has a manufacturing defect
The customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product.
In such cases, the store will provide one of the following solutions:
• Replacement with a new product
• Full refund
In these situations, the store will cover all shipping costs.

Your Rights

If the customer receives a product that is:
• damaged during shipping
• different from the ordered product
• or has a manufacturing defect

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

6. Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected by the store to ensure compliance with the return conditions, the refund will be processed within:
3 – 7 business days
Refunds may be issued through one of the following methods:
• Refund to the original payment method
• Store credit balance for future purchases

7. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange by:
• Contacting customer service
• Providing the order number and reason for the request
• Attaching product photos if required

• Customers are advised to verify technical specifications and compatibility of electrical products before purchase.
• Some electrical products may require installation by a qualified technician.
